back in alaska

So here I am back in alaska - but only for a week! I came up on a great fare - and kinda last minute. Didn't tell mom I was coming - was a TOTAL surprise for her! She had no idea I was coming. It was soooo hard not to tell her - I was so excited to be coming! There were a few times when we were talking she would ask what I was doing - it was so hard not to just blurt out - packing! It's been great to see some friends and get to spend some time with family.

My niece turned 3 on the 18th and she is sooo precious. She is talking a lot now - told me I was her best friend! :) Ain't that sweet! She and i went and got our traditional coffee at Kaladi Bros and then walked around New Sagaya and looked at the fish. It is so good to be back and playing with her and visitng family and a few friends. It will be hard to leave this time again.
